Dance Connection Competition Team​

Our competition was established in 2010 with 14 team members in Farmington, NM. The team expanded to Las Cruces in Late 2020 with a starter team of 5.  Our team is comprised of current Dance Connection students who show great promise and potential during weekly classes and join the team by official yearly audition. Dancers are selected via audition process.

The competition team is directed by owner Amanda Montoya with assistance from competition staff.

Our competition team travels and competes in Albuquerque, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Denver, and San Antonio. 

Our team appreciates support through fundraisers which are the primary way they fund travel and other competition needs.
